Analyze two of the recent cases heard and deliberated on by the United States Supreme Court.
Questions to answer:
  1. What is being protected the individual or the common good?
  2. How has the US Supreme Court ruled on gun control cases? How are they interpreting the 2nd Amendment?
  3. Do you think the US Supreme Court is upholding the constitution by honoring individual rights and responsibility to protect citizens in these cases?
  4. Do you think these cases solve the problem? Or will their be more conflicts and problems, if so give and example of what is missing.
